The Stenvo Folding Stone Dish Drying Mat is made from seven slim slats of diatomite stone that absorb water on contact and dry in the air.
The slats are joined so the mat folds up to fit in a drawer, and a separate anti-slip pad keeps it steady on the worktop. Marks can be rinsed away or lightly sanded off with the sandpaper supplied; dark liquids such as coffee or red wine can leave stains and are best kept off the stone.
